Can I use all notification platforms on the free tier?

Yes! The free tier includes Telegram, Discord, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. Tier gating is based on features and destination count, not platforms.

What counts as a "destination"?

A destination is any Telegram chat, Discord channel, Slack channel, Teams channel, Google Chat space, or webhook URL that receives notifications. Each linked channel is one destination.

Can I customise notification messages?

Yes. The Agency plan includes a template editor where you can design custom notification messages with variables, conditional sections, and emoji. You can assign different templates per store or per destination. Free and Pro tier users receive the system default format.

What's the difference between Pro and Agency?

Pro gives you webhooks, all event types, payload customisation, store sharing, and up to 3 stores with 10 destinations. Agency adds custom message templates, advanced conditional routing rules, per-store routing overrides, unlimited stores and destinations, and priority support. If you manage multiple client stores or need fine-grained notification logic, Agency is the right choice.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect immediately.

Do I need an account for the free tier?

No. The free tier works with just the WordPress plugin — no account required. Create an account when you want to manage multiple stores or upgrade.

Is the mobile app included?

Yes. The gotasale mobile app is free on all tiers — including Free. Install it to your home screen from app.gotasale.io. Push notifications, order management, and live stats are all included.

Can I update order statuses from my phone?

Yes. Swipe right on any order to advance its status, or tap into the detail page for full control. You can mark orders as paid, processing, or completed — without opening wp-admin. Requires the plugin to have read/write API access.

Is my store data stored on your servers?

No. Order data is never stored — it's processed in real-time and forwarded to your notification destinations. The mobile app fetches orders live from your WooCommerce store via encrypted API keys. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier (1 store, 1 destination). No data is deleted — you can upgrade again anytime.
